What we love about Upasana is her ability to stay zen and keep others calm amidst deadlines and deal frenzy. Upasana’s career thus far spans across cities and roles from law firms including JSA(Gurgaon), S&R (Bombay) and SAM (Bangalore) that eventually led her to in-house positions with Udaan and later with Dunzo. With her learnings from private practise and in-house roles, she courageously started her independent practice last year. But not for long, as that’s when we wooed Upasana to join forces and encourage her entrepreneurial spirit at RL to co-lead the firm’s venture capital and general corporate practise. She is an amateur art enthusiast and a small time collector. Her most recent hobby is to throw a piece at the (pottery) wheel.
